American Staffordshire Terrier - Rocky - Large - Young - Male
Rocky is a American Staffordshire Terrier Mix with Fawn coloring. He is only 4 years old and loves to play ,take long walks, and be center of attention. He loves to roll in fresh cut grass and doesn't mind getting dirt on his feet. He came to the shelter due to his owner having to choose between him and another dog at their home, Rocky was voted out. If you ask us, Rocky is the winner because he will be sure to find the ultimate Furever Home with us in his cheering section. On arrival at our shelter we noticed he had a droop on one side of his face and eye, we have now been told by his vet, he has what is called Horner's Syndrome. It is nerve damage to the side of the head that is causes drooping muscles in the eye, cheek and jaw. Rocky is up to date on all his vaccines, but will need to be neutered before going home. The cost for adoption is $25.00 payable to The City of Mt. Juliet. The fee for his neuter is payable to the vet of your choice within the city limits of Mt. Juliet.
